Driving Home is back in Hull! If you missed out on the immersive black cab installation at the 2026 festival, here’s your chance to experience it in Pearson Park.

Artists Dante or Die invite you to hop into the passenger seat of this taxi to watch an intimate 20-minute documentary film projected across the windows. Ride along as five taxi drivers navigate towns and cities shaped by shift and divide. Through a tapestry of spatial audio, cinematic footage and interviews, you’ll witness a changing nation straight from the streets, exploring personal stories of migration, identity, and what ‘home’ means across five UK towns.

This is completely free to experience, booking is advised. 20-minute slots are available between 11am – 3:20pm each day (Last admission 3pm), and the cab can take up to 3 persons at a time.

Book your place now:
